The conference is open to Civitas Canada members in good standing and their invited guests.

You will require a sponsor name (the name of the person who referred you to our organization). If you do not have an application sponsor, indicate so, and a board member may volunteer to sponsor your application upon submission.
It is possible to attend your first conference as a guest.
Please contact civitas@civitascanada.ca with your request to attend and the name of the individual who referred you to Civitas.
Regular tickets include admission to all programming on Friday May 1 and Saturday May 2, including the banquet dinner on the Saturday evening.
Banquet-only tickets are for the Saturday May 2 evening banquet only (reception, dinner, keynote, and music).
Business casual.
Coffee and tea will be available all day on both meeting days.
On Friday May 1, light refreshments will be served during registration, and an afternoon snack will be available. During the 90-minute evening break, we will be required to leave our ballroom as the venue staff reset our room. This is a good time to get an offsite dinner. Upon return to the ballroom, hors d’oeuvres will be served at the reception.
On Saturday May 2, breakfast is served during the Books for Breakfast panel, lunch during the Lunch Session, and a three-course dinner at the Banquet Dinner & Keynote Address.
